My name is Skyler Bouchard and I dream of eating gourmet dinners and drinking from endless wine lists. I am a recent graduate of NYU, where I studied broadcast journalism and media, culture and communication and started NYU Spoon, a branch of the college-student based food website Spoon University. Food by Skyler is a culmination of everything I love to do: eat, entertain, and experience. Food is more than just sustenance — it’s a sensory experience that brings people together. I started a blog to bring my visions to life in the kitchen and engage others in my dining experiences in New York and around the world. One day, I hope to expand this little website into a career in the food/entertainment industry where I will eat like a classy ravenous lady on TV for all to watch.
